Privacy FAQ
Last updated: July 2026 · Qoraumo
Qoraumo treats privacy like chamber minutes: hosting, optional Dispatches, and ordinary web noise on the record — not hidden product ballots filed after adjournment.
Do I need an account?
No. Qoraumo at https://qoraumo.my does not offer registration or checkout. An optional newsletter signup may appear on the home page.
What if I subscribe by email?
We process your email to send educational updates. The site domain may be sent with the signup. Storage is with the CRM / mailing partner connected to the form, until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Consent can be withdrawn anytime.
Do you require email to read articles?
No. Reading and browser tools work without a subscription.
Roll-call ticks and on-page quorum checks stay in your browser; they are not uploaded with signup.
What about server logs and cookies?
Hosting may log IP address, browser type, pages, and time. If analytics or Google Ads tags are enabled, cookies or similar tech may measure visits and ad results. Font files may be requested from Google Fonts.
Where do checklist answers go?
They stay in your browser. We do not receive them on our servers.
Do you sell data?
No. Technical data may be processed by hosting and by Google (fonts / ads tags where used). Newsletter addresses go only to the CRM partner acting for us. Public authorities only when required by law.
How long is data kept?
Server logs usually up to 12 months. Subscribers: until unsubscribe or deletion request. Cookie duration follows the provider and your browser. Voluntary messages you send are kept only as needed to reply and meet legal duties.
What rights do I have?
Depending on where you live (including EEA/UK), you may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing, object to some uses, or contact a supervisory authority. Use any contact channel published for the live site, if one is available.
